Privacy Policy — Back in Stock Alerts

Back in Stock Alerts ("the App") is a Zid app that notifies shoppers when out-of-stock products become available again.

Data we collect

• From merchants: store ID, store name, store domain, owner email, and Zid access tokens needed to run the App.
• From shoppers: the email address or phone number they enter in the "Notify Me" form, the product they subscribed to, and the time of subscription.

How we use it

Only to send the back-in-stock alert the shopper asked for and to show the merchant subscription statistics. We do not sell or share data with third parties and do not use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Shopper data is kept until the alert is sent or the merchant uninstalls the App. Merchants or shoppers can request deletion at any time via the support page.

Security

Data is stored on secured servers over HTTPS and access tokens are never exposed publicly.
